Since OC bisects ∠DOB.
DOC=COB=DOB2 …..(i)
Similarly, OE bisects ∠AOD.
AOE=EOD=AOD2 …..(ii)
Now, ∠EOC = ∠EOD + ∠DOC
=AOD2+DOB2 [From (i) and (ii)]
=12(AOD+DOB)
=12×180 (DOBandAOD from a linear pair)
=90
