Given: PQR is a tangent to the circle Q

From the figure we can see

AB||PR
BQR=700
soBAQ=BQR=700 ( alternate angles)
and ABQ=BQR=700 ( as AB II PR)
By summing all the angles in triangle ABQ , we get
BAQ+ABQ+AQB=180
AQB=180°70°700
Hence, AQB=40°

correct option (c) 40°
