The correct option is C 8 cm
Area of a triangle on the same base in between the same parallel lines $= \frac{1}{2} \times$ Area of the parallelogram PQRS
$32 = \frac{1}{2} \times P Q \times h$
$32 \times 2 = P Q \times h$
$64 = 8 \times h$ ...(Given)
$\frac{64}{8} = h$
$8 = h$
$h = 8$ cm (Answer)
