Here,
Length of PQRS = PQ + QR + RS + SP

Points P and Q lie on the same vertical line and the length between them will be the difference between their
y - coordinates.

So, PQ = RS = |6 - (-6)|
= 12 units

Similarly,
Points P and S lie on the same horinzontal line and the length between them will be the difference between their x - coordinates.

So, QR = SP = |4 - (-4)|
= 8 units

Total length of frame PQRS will
be = PQ + QR + RS + SP
= 12 + 8 + 12 + 8
= 40 units
