Given that AB = 5 cm ⇒ AO = 2.5 cm
PO = PA + AO = 4 + 2.5 cm
PO = 6.5 cm

PT2 = OP2 - OT2
PT2 = 6.52 – 2.52
PT2 = 42.25 – 6.25
PT2 = 36
PT = 6
