CQ = CR = 27

QB = CB – CQ

QB = 38 – 27 = 11

PB = QB = 11

Join OS and OP

OSAP forms a rectangle

AP = OS = 10 cm

Therefore x = AP + PB = 10 + 11

x = 21 cm
