The correct option is A 30 cm
[By theorm- If a quadrilateral ABCD is drawn to circumscribe a
circle then, AB + CD = AD + BC]
AB + CD = 15 (given)
so, AD + BC = AB + CD = 15 cm

Perimeter of quadrilateral ABCD
= AB+BC+CD+AD
= (AB+CD)+(AD+BC)
= 15 + 15
= 30 cm
