The correct option is C $$\rho_2 < \rho_1$$
From the height of the liquid in the manometer we see that the pressure exerted by the liquid in the container 1 is greater than that exerted by the liquid in container 2. Thus the density of the liquid in 1 is greater than the density in container 2.
