In a cyclic quadrilateral, the opposite angles are supplementary.

That is, $2 x + 3 x = 180^{o}$

$\Rightarrow 5 x = 180^{o}$

$\Rightarrow x = 36^{o}$

Similarly, $y + 2 y = 180^{o}$
$\Rightarrow 3 y = 180^{o}$
