$\angle$BAP$\ne$$\angle$DCP [$\angle$BAP = 52° and $\angle$DCP = 42°]
$\angle$APB = $\angle$CPD [Vertically-opposite angles]
$\Rightarrow$ $\angle$ABP $\ne$ $\angle$CDP
The AA test of similarity is not applicable in this case and therefore, ΔABP and ΔCDP are not similar.
