The correct option is C AB=8 cm,BC=6 cm
Given,
D and E are mid-points of AB and AC and DEBC
By mid point theorem, DE=12BC
BC=2×DE
BC=2×3
BC=6 cm
Since, E is the midpoint of AC,
AC=2×AE
AC=2×5
AC=10 cm
By pythagoras theorem, AB2+BC2=AC2
AB2=AC2BC2
AB2=10262
AB2=10036=64
AB=8 cm
