We know secants are the line segments drawn from the point outside the circle and touching the circle at two distinct points.

Here AC is the secant which is drawn from the point A and cut circle at points B and C.
So.
in the figure given in the question,

BC is the secant.

AB is tangent of the circle because it is touching the circle at only one point.

DE is chord of the circle because it's end point are on circumference of the circle.
So, option (b) correct.
