Here, $B \times 4$ is a two-digit number whose unit's digits is 2.
Therefore, the value of B is either 3 or 8.
But B = 3 is not possible as $A \times 4 + 1 \neq 19$ for any value of A between 0 to 9
$∴$ B = 8 and $A \times 4 + 3 = 19$ [If B=8 then 4x8=32 , Carry 3 ]
then A = 4
Hence, A + B = 12
