1. The angle of incidence is the the angle which an incident ray makes with a perpendicular to the surface at the point of incidence $⟹ 90^{o} - 30^{o} = 60^{o}$
2. Here the ray P would be the refracted ray because the ray will bend towards the normal in case if refractive index of the medium after refraction is more than that of the refractive index of the incident ray.
