In the Lewis dot structure of Al3+ , we should draw 8 dots or to write Al only without any dot ?

Al 3+ means it has a 3+ charge because it has 3 less electrons than normal this makes it's outer shell the same as Neon so its outer shell is filled making it have 8 dots like you said
