The correct option is A Conversion of cast iron to wrought iron
Cast iron is purified by heating on the hearth of the reverberatory furnace by the process known as “Pudding” (Stirring). The melting point of the iron is rised resulting in the loss of impurities.

Iron, therefore, attains semi-solid state. At this stage it is taken out in the form of balls. The product so obtained is known as “wrought Iron” it is used for making chains, bolts etc.
