As we know,
Torque =rF
Torque on smaller pulley =r(mg)
=1×(10×10)=100 N-m (clockwise)
Torque on bigger pulley =r(mg)
=2×(5×10)=100 N-m (anticlockwise)
Net torque on point O=τ1+τ2
=100+(100)
=0 N-m
