The correct option is C 35 cm2
Area of quadrilateral
= Area of ABC + Area of ADC

Area of triangle = 12×base×height
Area of ABC = 12×AC×BE
= 12×10×3 = 5×3 = 15
Area of ADC = 12×AC×DF
= 12×10×4 = 5×4 = 20

Area of quadrilateral = 15+20 = 35 cm2
