The correct option is C kite
A parallelogram is a quadrilateral with opposite sides parallel and equal and its diagonals bisect each other.
By adding some restrictions to a parallelogram, we obtain other quadrilaterals:
A rectangle is a parallelogram with all four interior angles fixed at 90°. Diagonals of a rectangle also bisect each other.
Kite is a quadrilateral in which adjacent sides are equal. Diagonals of a kite are perpendicular to each other. The longer diagonal bisects the shorter diagonal at 90.
Hence diagonals do not bisect each other in a kite.
