The correct answer is Option A.
CORPOREAL means having a body. Ghosts do not have a body. Thus they are not corporeal beings.
CORPORAL means bodily, as in we say CORPORAL PUNISHMENT which means bodily punishment.
It does not go with the meaning of the sentence.
Thus only sentence 1 is correct.
