The correct option is A V=100 V ; I=2 A

Clearly , VLVC=0

The circuit is in Resonance.

Impedance of the circuit,
Z=R=50 Ω

Now, the reading of voltmeter

Vsource=V2R+(VLVC)2

Vsource=V2+(400400)2

V=Vsource=100 V

According to ohm's Law:

ΔV=iR

i=ΔVR=10050=2 A

Hence, option (A) is correct.
