In steady state capacitor behaves as open circuit. No current passes through the capacitor.

Potential at 1 and 2 are equal.

V1=V2=ViR=V(V3R)R

V1=V2=2V3

Potential at point 3, V3=Vi(2R)

V3=V(V3R)×2R=V3

capacitor C1 and C2 are in parallel.


It can be redrawn as,
