The correct option is C $R_{2}$ only
Ammeter is a current measuring device that reads current through itself.
Objects directly connected in series have same amount of current passing through them. Thus the current in the ammeter and the $R_{2}$ resistor is same. Hence the ammeter reads the current in resistor $R_{2}$ .
