The correct option is A Pressure at each piston will be different.
According to Pascal's law, a pressure applied in a fluid will transmit equally in all directions. Since the height is the same, pressure will be the same on all four pistons.

$P_{0} = P_{1} = P_{2} = P_{3}$
$\frac{F_{0}}{A_{0}} = \frac{F_{1}}{A_{1}} = \frac{F_{2}}{A_{2}} = \frac{F_{3}}{A_{3}}$

Pressure at each piston will be equal, even though the areas are not equal, but the value of force will be different for all the pistons. Higher the area, lower the value of force.
