The correct option is A $60^{o}$
Sum of a triangle = $180^{o}$
$70^{o} + 50^{o} + C = 180^{o}$
$180^{o} - 120^{0} = C$
$C = 60^{o}$
$∠ R$ is corresponding to $∠ C$ . So, $∠ R = 60^{o}$
Therefore, A is the correct answer.
