The correct option is C All logics being discussion is a possibility

All reasons are arguments (A) + All reasons are fights (A) . Hence, (d) follows. Again, All arguments are fights (A) + No fight is a discussion (E) = A + E = E = No argument is a discussion (E) $\to$ conversion $\to$ (b) follows.
Now, All reasons are fights (A) + No fight is a discussion (E) = A + E = E = No reason is a discussion (E). Hence, (e) follows.
Again, some logics are reasons (I) + No reason is a discussion (E) = I + E = O = Some logics are not discussions (O). Thus, the possibility in (a) exists but in (c) does not exist. Hence conclusion (c) does not follow.

So, only conclusion (c) does not follow.
