In this question, four statements are given, followed by five conclusions, one of which definitely does not logically follow (or is not a possibility of occurrence) from the given statements. That conclusion is your answer.

The correct option is B No second is a flash
All flashes are instances (A) + No instance is an hour (E) = A + E = E = No flash is an hour (E) conversion No hour is a flash. Hence, (c) follows.
From statements (First + Third), conclusion (d) follows. From Statements (Second + Third) conclusion (e) follows. Now, from statements (Second + Third + Fourth) the possibility in (a) exists. But conclusion (b) does not follow.

Hence, only conclusion (b) does not follow.
