The correct option is B $$20$$
According to question: 
$$y°=2x°$$ and $$ z°=3y°$$
So $$ z°=3(2x°)=6x°$$
Now, sum of angles of triangle is $$180°$$
So $$x°+y°+z°=180°$$
$$ \Rightarrow x°+2x°+6x°=180°$$
$$\Rightarrow 9x°=180°$$
So $$x°=20°$$
