The correct option is B 5 cm
$A C^{2} = A B^{2} + B C^{2}$ (because $∠ B = 90^{\circ}$ )
$= 64 + 36 = 100$
$∴ A C = 10$
But $B M = \frac{1}{2} A C = \frac{10}{2} = 5 c m$
