Let the side lengths be (ad),a,(a+d)

Using Pythagoras theorem, we get
(a+d)2=a2+(ad)24ada2=0a=4d (a0)
Therefore, the sides lengths of the triangle are 3d,4d,5d

Hence,
sinA+sinB=35+455(sinA+sinB)=7
