By Heron's formula

Area = s(sa)(sb)(sc)

a2+b2=c2

Area = 12×a×b

s(sa)(sb)(sc)=12×a×b

of squaring both sides

s(sa)(sb)(sc)=14a2b2

4s(sa)(sb)(sc)=a2b2.
