In triangle ABC, right angled at B, if tan A =1/√3, find the value of : sinAcosC+cosAsinC.

Solution

Given ; tan A = 1/✓3
By using phyathagorus theroem we can find the hypotenuse side of the triangle .
As we know adj= √3 and opp=1
so sin A=1/2 and cos A=1/2
cos a= √3/2 and sin c=√3/2

1/2×1/2+√3/2×√3/2=1/4+3/4=4/4=1
