Sum of angles of the triangle = 180
$\angle P+\angle Q+\angle R=180$
$50+\angle Q+70=180$
$\angle Q={60}^{\circ }$
Side opposite smaller angle is shorter and side opposite to larger angle is larger.
Hence, $QR$ is the smallest side, $PQ$ is the largest side.
