Since PQR is right angled triangle with vertex Q.
Given, PR=34 cm;QR=30 cm
According to Pythagoras theorem,
Hypotenuse2=Perpendicular2+base2
(PR)2=(PQ)2+(QR)2
(34)2=(PQ)2+(30)2
(PQ)2=1156900
PQ=256
PQ=16 cm
Hence, PQ=16 cm
