Given, Y=90
XQ=5 and ZP=40

Let XY=x and YZ=y
XP=PY=x2 and YQ=QZ=y2
ZX2=x2+y2

In ZPY
ZP2=PY2+YZ2
(40)2=(x2)2+(y)2

x2+4y2=160 -------(i)

In XYQ
XQ2=XY2+YQ2
(5)2=(x)2+(y2)2

4x2+y2=100 -------(i)

Solving (i) and (ii) we get

x=4 and y=6

Hypotenuse=XZ=x2+y2=42+62
=213
