Let $x-$axis divide the line in $m_1:m_2$ ratio
For $x-$axis ,$y-$coordinate is zero,therefore from section formula we get
$\frac{m_1{y}_2+m_2{y}_1}{m_1+m_2}=0⟹m_1\times (-4)+m_2\times 9=0$
now $\frac{m_1}{m_2}=\frac{9}{4}$ and as ratio is positive
It is dividing internally.
