Dear Student,
The World Bank uses only a single criterion i.e. average income for measuring development. On the other hand, the UNDP uses multiple criterion which include life expectancy, literacy rate and average income for measuring development which are also the parameters which form the Human Development Index (HDI).This is how the criterion used by UNDP for measuring development is different from the World Bank.
