In what terms is a non democratic government better than a democratic government?

Although decision making is done faster in non democratic government but still according to me Democratic government is better than non democratic government because in a democratic country each and every person enjoys equal rights, has freedom to put forth his or her point of view and most important can choose his own country's own representative.
