In what way was Swami's mother's response different from his father's?

Swami's mother was sympathetic to her son's complaint of a headache. She suggested that he should stay at home and take rest. This was the complete opposite of his father's reaction. Swami's father said that the headache was all nonsense and that SWami should get ready and go to school.
