In which condition, does a bulb glow when connected to a cell ?

  1. The positive terminal of the cell should be connected to the metal tip of the bulb and the negative terminal of the bulb should be connected to the metal case of the bulb using metal wires.
  2. In such an arrangement a path is created for the electricity to flow and the bulb glows only when circuit is complete.

Thus the condition bulb glows when connected to cell is it should be complete.
