Subhas Chandra Bose was Unanimously elected as the congress president in the Haripura session in 1938.
However, there were some incidents where he was not in agreement with the decisions of congress leaders in the past.

  2. He was opposed to Motilal nehru’s demand of ‘Dominion Status’ as he advocated complete independence.
