In fleming’s right hand rule, the forefinger represents the direction of magnetic field, and the middle finger represents the direction of the induced current and the thumb represents the direction of motion of the conductor.

The magnetic field is in the direction of A as the north pole of the magnet is aligned to the direction of A. So, if we align our forefinger of the right hand to the direction of A and the middle finger to the direction of the current then we can clearly see that the thumb is in the direction of B. This means, the movement of the wire is in the direction of B.
