The magnetic field due to the wire B at the place of wire A is out of the plane (acccording to the right hand thumb rule). The current in wire A is flowing in the upward direction. So, according to the Fleming's left hand rule, the force on the wire A will be in the right direction (i.e. it will be attracted to the wire B).
