Solution

The correct option is A NH+4
As per Valence shell electron repulsion theory (VSEPR), in a molecule, there are two types of an electron.
1. Bonding Pair
2 Non Bonding Pair or lone pair
In a molecule, bond angle decreases as no of non-bonding pair or lone pair increases as they provide repulsion to each other.
In the given question, NH4+ has a maximum bond angle as all other have 1 lone pair in their structure, so repulsive forces increases but NH4+ doesn't have any lone pair so it has a maximum bond angle.

Hence, the correct answer is (B) NH4+
