We should take care of the following conditions to glow a torch.
1. The switch should be closed to make the circuit complete.
2. Bulb should not be fused.
3. The cells should be arranged properly(negative terminal of the one cell should be connected to the positive terminal of the other cell).

In case i - Switch is open.
In case ii - Filament of bulb is broken.
In case iii - Switch is closed, filament of the bulb is not broken and the cells are arranged properly.
In case iv - Cells are not arranged properly.


Therefore, the torch in case iii will glow.
