At t=0, the current flowing through the inductor is zero, so it acts as an open switch.

Hence, the circuits can be redrawn as shown below for t=0.


For circuit (i):

i1=0

For circuit (ii):

i2=ER

For circuit (iii):

i3=E2R

We can see that, i2>i3>i1

Hence, option (B) is the correct answer.
