The correct option is C Carbon tetrachloride
Generally molecules having sp3 hybridisation and having no lone pairs of electrons possess bond angles around 10928. But to have bond angle which is exactly equal to 10928 the molecule shoud also be symmetrical, so as to get same bond pair - bond pair repulsion.
Here, chloromethane (CH3Cl), iodoform (CHI3), carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and chloroform (CHCl3), all are sp3 hybridised but since only CCl4 is perfectly symmetrical thus only CCl4 has bond angles which are exactly equal to 10928.
