In acetylene( an alkyne) , the high level of s-charchter in sp hybrid orbital causes polarisation of the C-H bond and hydrogen becomes slightly positively charged and thus acidic in nature. In alkanes and alkenes the amount of s-charachter is less thus making the hydrogen atoms less electron deficient and less acidic.
