Fungi is not a plant.
Bryophytes are the plants which reproduce by the fusion of antherozoids (male gamete) and archegonial egg (female gametes) and produce the zygote. This zygote develops into embryo which further develops into sporogonium which produces the spores. These spores give rise to whole plant body. They lack seeds and vascular tissues i.e. xylem and phloem so the plant body is present in the marshy and swampy places as there is continuous supply of water.
Pteridophytes are the plants which have vascular tissues.
Gymnosperms have vascular tissues as well as naked seeds .
So, the correct option is B.
