The correct option is A (i) only
The reactions in which chlorine reacts with compound and get replaced in the same oxidation state is called as chlorination. In second and third reaction chlorination happens. As, in only $(i)$ reaction $C l$ changes hybridization of compound and it is oxidizing alcohol into aldehyde.
